eDermastamp
e dermastamp from Jill Zander

The eDermastamp provides advanced, electronic, medical skin-needling. It is a procedure that stimulates the skin to regenerate and repair itself naturally and safely, creating smoother, brighter, younger and healthier looking skin.

The precision engineering of the device, enables the practitioner to accurately control the intensity of the procedure by adjusting the needle depth and needle speed depending on the area being treated and the clinical condition of the skin.

The benefits of eDermastamp are:

  • Skin rejuvenation
  • Collagen induction
  • Tissue regeneration
  • Reduction in fine lines and wrinkles
  • Treatment of hyper-pigmentation
  • Reduction in pore size
  • Skin tightening
  • Reduction in scarring
How does it work?
The eDermastamp works by producing thousands of micro channels in the skin which create a controlled damage to the skin. This encourages the formation of collagen and generation of new skin cells which in turn regenerates the skin and reduces lines, wrinkles, pigmentation and scarring.
What is involved during the treatment?

Your Aesthetic Therapist will first perform an in-depth consultation and your medical history will be taken, to ensure that there are no reasons why you shouldn’t have the treatment, and you will be asked to sign a consent form at this time which means that you have understood the potential benefits and risks associated.  Your Aesthetic Therapist will then take a Visia Skin Analysis of your skin to enable us to create a bespoke programme for you and to answer any questions you may have prior to starting treatment.

The procedure will start with a cleanse of the skin, the hand held stamp hand piece is then applied to the skin and worked over the areas of concern, during an eDermastamp treatment the micro needles enter the skin 50-150 times per second. During the treatment a serum to enhance the procedure and result may be added at time at the time. The full procedure will take approximately 60 minutes.

Does it hurt?
Depending on your sensitivity, the eDermastamp can be slightly uncomfortable so we can use a local anaesthetic cream to numb the area.
What is the skin appearance after the treatment?
Your skin will be slightly red straight after the treatment.  Depending on the depth of the roller used the skin can stay slightly pink for a maximum of a couple of days, but most of the time this should fade quickly.
When will I see results?
You are likely to feel and see an immediate effect which will increase over the next weeks. Since the eDermastamp  is stimulating collagen, it will take a few weeks to see the full effect of regeneration.
How many treatments will I need?
We recommend a course of 3 – 6 treatments spaced 3 weeks apart.
