How does Skinrolla work?

Skinrolla harnesses the skin’s natural ability to repair itself after trauma or damage. Immediately after a physical injury to the skin’s surface, the body “reuses” the damaged collagen and elastin fibres to create new ones. Skinrolla treatments work by gently needling the skin to create micro “injuries”. This process triggers new collagen and elastin production. Skinrolla also allows topical serums to penetrate the skin more effectively.

What does the treatment involve?

First your skin is thoroughly cleansed, and then a topical anaesthetic is applied to numb the treatment area. Once this has taken effect, a handheld roller, featuring medical-grade titanium alloy micro needles, is gently passed over the skin.
