Light therapy can duplicate these individual wavelengths to recharge the cells, energising them to heal quicker and rejuvenate faster.What is involved during the treatment?Your Aesthetic Therapist will first perform an in-depth consultation and your medical history will be taken, to ensure that there are no reasons why you shouldn’t have the treatment. Your Aesthetic Therapist will then take a Visia Skin Analysis of your skin to enable us to create a bespoke programme for you and to answer any questions you may have prior to starting treatment.The procedure will start with a cleanse of the skin, goggles will be placed over the eyes and the LED light will be lowered into position for the required period of time recommended for you.
Does it hurt?The Dermalux treatment does not hurt. Most clients report that it is a very relaxing treatment. In fact, the light can help produce serotonin which eases tensions and headaches.What is the skin appearance after the treatment?After the Dermalux LED treatment skin is visibly hydrated, smooth and radiant whilst redness and irritation is calmed. Mineral makeup can be applied straight after treatment.When will I see results?Visible effects are in most cases immediate.How many treatments will I need?We recommend a course of 6 treatments spaced twice weekly or as prescribed by your aesthetician.Prices
