How does it work?

The cold temperature immediately causes the blood vessels to contract and then dilate, which improves the oxygen and nutrient supply to the skin’s surface, it also helps to tighten, tone and lift the skin, whilst the stem cells promote collagen production , resulting in a more youthful, radiant and tighter skin.

What is involved during the treatment?

Your Aesthetic Therapist will first perform an in-depth consultation and your medical history will be taken, to ensure that there are no reasons why you shouldn’t have the treatment.

The treatment uses a special ball of ice (from -18 to -30 Celsius) which is rolled over the face and neck for 5-10 minutes. An ice-cold liquid containing freeze-dried Acerola Secrets and Gatuline Lifting Powder is smoothed over the skin. This chilly cocktail of actives regenerates and nourishes the skin, leaving a healthy glow. With its blemish fighting power, skin becomes clearer, smoother and more even in tone. The Ice Ball is rolled over the face for a further 3 minutes, massaging in the Cryostick ingredients. Skin is then left to dry. Then a nourishing moisturiser is applied which provides 12hrs of hydration and its three plant stem cells Argan, Sequoia and Blue Lotus, help brighten, smooth and leave skin more even in tone.
